The PlentyONE login
PlentyONE has a central login page that you can use to log into your PlentyONE system. Here you will find the PlentyONE login. On this page you now have the option of either logging in with an e-mail address and a password, or logging in directly with your plentyID, your user name and your individual password.
The PlentyONE login for both
Login with e-mail & password
Login with email & password is PlentyONE's preferred method, as it meets modern and high security standards. With this login method, for example, you can set up two-factor authentication, which further increases security.
As soon as you have logged in, you will see the PlentyONE systems to which you have access with your user.
Connect user to PlentyONE system
After you have created your account, you may not yet have access to a PlentyONE system. So you must first invite a user with the e-mail address in the corresponding PlentyONE system. This is how you do it:
- Go to Setup > Account management > Accounts
- Click on Invite new user on the left
- Now enter the e-mail address of the plentysystems account you have just created here
- Now you can assign the rights and roles
- Save to send the invitation
- You will receive an e-mail in which you can confirm the account
After you have gone through these steps, you should see your PlentyONE system in the login overview and be able to log in by clicking on it
If you have access to several PlentyONE systems with this account, the plenty IDs will be displayed one below the other in your login area and you can switch back and forth between the systems at any time.
Login with plentyID, user name and password
The conventional method of logging into PlentyONE systems was always the combination of plentyID, user name and password. Here you have a 1 to 1 assignment of login data and PlentyONE system. After the changeover to the central PlentyONE login, you can still find the conventional method via a small link below the login box:
After you have clicked on the link, you will be taken to the following login screen:
Here you can now enter your plentyID, your user name and your password as usual and log in.
Our recommendation
We clearly recommend the first method with email & password in combination with multi-factor authentication. This simply gives you the highest level of security and allows you to connect multiple systems to your user at the same time, saving you a lot of time when logging in.
