A breath of fresh air for COSMOS LAC: a custom Shopify store with storytelling & community area.

Launched on Amazon, it quickly became clear to COSMOS LAC that the brand needed its own high-performing store. As a Shopify agency, we were able to develop an optimal store solution and turn COSMOS LAC into a real love brand together.

Requirements

The brand COSMOS LAC is very diverse. There are over 50 color shades, 4 collections from RAL to Chalk Effect Spray and more technical sprays for craftsmen. The task was to develop a clear, goal-oriented store journey and to optimally combine the various entry points and search intentions of the target group.

Implementation

We have chosen an individual custom theme to really pick up all users of the target group. A clear, well-structured mega menu helps to find the right color, collection or application case and takes you directly to the right result. With the help of smart color schemes and videos, a dynamic and appealing look & feel is created.

Result

Thanks to the different entry points into the product world and a well-structured store journey, the conversion rate at COSMOS LAC was increased to over 7%. The store's total turnover has more than doubled and customer loyalty has been extremely improved through smart newsletter marketing with Klaviyo.

DIY magazine

COSMOS LAC attaches great importance to the community. With an extensive blog section that contains guides, tutorials and news, users are optimally picked up and inspired for new projects.

Mobile First

With over 75% mobile traffic, the mobile-first approach was especially important for COSMOS LAC. With a bottom menu, which is super easy to reach with the thumb, as well as an appealing mobile design, the store convinces all along the line.
